Weight - update

Well in the past 14 days I have gone to the gym 11 times.  WOOT WOOT!!!  Go me!  Ha ha!  I feel good, very energetic.  I have been taking the caffeine pill out of the Animal Cuts supplement and only taking them when I know I will be going to the gym within a couple hours.  This week, I am going to try taking them around 11am during the weekdays, that way, once I get out of work, I think I will benefit more at the gym.  I was taking them at 6am....

I haven't been weighing myself consistantly, but my weight has flucuated down and back up 3 lbs.  So...I suppose I should start weighing myself at the same time everyday ...probably before breakfast to see where I am truly at.
